Plumber and water heater service in South Reno

Tankless sizing and big-home hot water

Sizing a tankless unit means looking at how many fixtures run at once, how cold the incoming water gets in winter, and whether the gas line and venting can support it. We size for real demand, not a guess, and we will tell you if a larger tank is the better fit for your home.

In homes with a long run to the primary bathroom, waiting for hot water is a common complaint. We can talk through the options with you and give you a straight price.

Many South Reno water heaters and tankless units sit in garages, and the minerals in local water build sediment in tanks and scale in tankless heat exchangers. An annual tank flush or a tankless descaling on the manufacturer's schedule keeps them running longer, and we can handle that service on the same visit as any other work.
